Hope you are well and ready for me to kick your butt with some good habits! How many of you complain about being too fat here and there, not looking as you would like to look and yet not having motivation to go to the GYM or eat healthier to do something about it?
We all know what we should do, we all know that any long lasting changes start in your mindset and taking some good positive action, yet we really struggle to invest some kindness and nurturing "me" time to better ourselves.
We keep hustling, working hard and instead of practicing some kindness, mindfulness and love for oneself we undermine ourselves with those nasty whispers in our head whenever we see our tired face in the mirror or imperfect body.
Today I want to encourage you to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Don't just acknowledge things and keep doing the same stuff. I may have wished that my body was more curvy, more firm ( like it used t be heh!), that I could wear BB cream on my face rather than a full make up, that I had thicker her and sexy legs. But hey, that's bollocks!
I am what I am and instead of focusing on what I don't have I focus on how amazing my body is, embracing my shape with clothes that are perfect for it, listening to some positive podcasts, getting inspiration from women around me and writing a gratitude list every day!
And yes, I still struggle with my motivation to move my ass and go to the Gym or to eat Broccoli at least every second day but I acknowledge it officially so that I can be ready to do something about it.
The reason I am writing it is not because I suddenly mastered all of it. Oh No! It is to motivate you and support you as I know it is hard!
Here is what I do:
I TRY and keep my motivation by knowing my WHY I do SMALL STEPS, measurable steps that make me feel in control I am KIND toward myself (what I wouldn't say to my best friend I don't say to myself) I APPRECIATE my body for the great deal of work it does every freaking day I celebrate what I've got by dressing my body nicely every day and grooming myself I TRY to eat healthy and exercise and accept a major hiccups in the process hehe!
